Lori, CEO, along with her late sister Joni, CPA, joined the family business in 2004 at the request of their parents Dale, and late mother Joanne, Secretary. As CEO, Lori brings to Young Bros & Daley a diverse background with a Master’s in Counseling and a love of all things retail, spending many years with the Disney Company at the Disney Stores.

Together with her husband Brad, acting president, architect, and owner of ASL Design Studio in Lansing, they own and operate Young Bros & Daley.

Dennis came to work at Young Bros & Daley in 1967 as a truck driver. Back then, the bargain barn was always full, and you could find just about anything you needed. Dennis went on to become a salesman and with the mentoring of these fine gentlemen, Howard Ashley, Bob Condon and Dominic Perrone, he rose to the role of Vice President. Throughout his 54 years of employment, Dennis has witnessed the highs, lows and everything in between surrounding Young Bros & Daley, history, and the economy. He has a wealth of knowledge, as well as expertise in all areas of construction; both commercial and residential.

You can always find him bright and early at his desk, ready to take care of all questions and calls!

Eric joined the Young Bros & Daley family in 2015, bringing with him over ten years experience in the building supply industry. His love of retail sales shines daily, as he embraces any and all challenges with every project presented to him. Eric’s scope of knowledge and experience encompasses commercial, residential and management in retail for over 30 years.

He is a lifelong resident of the Lansing area and is happy to serve his community doing what he loves. Eric is the proud father of three children. As you can imagine, this keeps him quite busy. In his spare time, he is usually at a ball field or at the gym. He also enjoys fishing, sampling craft beer, and watching his Spartans. Go Green!

Kyle has been an integral part of Young Bros & Daley. Beginning in 2014, his love for everything outdoors has made him an expert in hardscaping and fireplace products. He also enjoys assisting others in planning their outdoor and indoor living spaces, and ensures he is part of the process during all phases. Kyle has developed a new love of commercial sales and has hit the ground running to develop projects in the greater Lansing area.  His contagious sense of humor makes even the most dreaded project fun and enjoyable.

“The Boss” Daley, adopted us in the Fall of 2011, and we have been very blessed to have him. He is Young Bros & Daley’s greater, critter catcher, security guard and overall top sales cat at the company. He is very demanding, as requires lots of love, treats and scratches. After all he is “The Boss.”

Nicholas Graham is a MSU Alumni, with a Bachelors in Communications. He is a Veteran of the Army reserves, where he served eight years. He is a father of one, and loves to be outside. Nick enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, scuba diving, sky diving, and just overall exploring.
